Despite the ongoing global respiratory pandemic/endemic, as the lead and sole instructor, this year faculty director of the Public Health Microbiology program (Dr. Aliyar Cyrus Fouladkhah) held two FSMA Preventive Control Qualified Individual (PC QI) for Human Food Workshops. These workshops were conducted in May and October 2021 using a curriculum that is recognized as adequate by the Food and Drug Administration. Public Health Microbiology laboratory would like to thank the great financial support of funding agencies for these workshops and would like to additionally thank the great participants of the workshop that were ranging from members of the food industry, government and non-governmental agencies, and extension program of a university for their enthusiasm to learn more about recent regulations and best-practices to ensure the safety of their stakeholders. Here you can download all the feedback that workshop participants provided after attending these important public health workshops.
